## What to include in an embroidery brief
State garment or toy type, fabric, quantity, design dimensions, embroidery position, colours, whether a stitch file is ready, sample approval needs, city and deadline. Clarify whether you supply the garments or need a finished-product supplier.

## Bulk and plush-toy projects
For repeat production, agree the approved sample, stitch quality, thread and backing requirements, batch tolerances, packaging and delivery schedule. For plush toys, confirm whether embroidery is applied to fabric panels before assembly or to finished products. Product safety and any destination-specific documentation remain the supplier’s responsibility.

## Buying a used embroidery machine
Ask for the brand and exact model, manufacture year, number of heads and needles, embroidery area, controller/file support, electrical requirements, operating condition, service history, included frames and accessories, actual photographs, price, inspection city and transport arrangements.
