Product Listing Policy | LekaMart

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of every product they publish. This policy applies to Free Seller and paid accounts.

## Required listing information
Use an accurate product name, category, brand or unbranded description, photographs, purchasing unit, price range and minimum order quantity. State material, dimensions, pack contents, manufacturer age guidance and warnings where relevant. Clarify customisation options, lead time and the documents available for the destination market. Representative or testing images must not be represented as actual stock photographs.

## Products and claims we do not allow
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, recalled or unsafe goods; prohibited weapons; unauthorised branded merchandise; or products whose sale infringes another party’s rights. Do not invent conformity certificates, inspection results, reviews, ratings or stock availability. A verified business badge is not product certification.

## Brand rights and photographs
Publish only material you own or are authorised to use. Brand references must identify the actual product and must not imply an endorsement or authorised-dealer status without permission. Keep licensing and product-documentation evidence available for review.

## Publishing access
Shop approval is required. Free Seller includes up to five published products for local-city discovery. Paid memberships provide their stated publishing and RFQ benefits. Keep negotiations on the platform. Do not insert contact details or external links to bypass marketplace communications.

## Reports and moderation
We may request clarification, restrict a listing or suspend access when investigating a credible policy or safety concern. Report a product link and supporting facts to contact@lekamart.com. Sellers may respond with relevant evidence through support.
