Payment Safety | LekaMart

LekaMart provides supplier discovery, enquiries and quotation records. It does not currently offer product-payment escrow, online card checkout or an Alibaba-style Trade Assurance programme.

## Seller membership payments
Choose your membership and review the saved payable amount and currency in Membership & billing. Request confirmed manual UPI or bank instructions from support. UPI is for supported INR payments; international sellers must request suitable payment instructions. Never assume a logo means checkout is available. Membership activation follows payment confirmation and shop approval.

## Product orders
Agree product specifications, quantity, final price, currency, shipping, taxes, delivery and return conditions with the seller in writing. Purchase-order records do not collect funds. Confirm the beneficiary independently through the established account conversation if payment instructions change. Do not pay an unconfirmed personal account or respond to pressure to move the negotiation outside LekaMart.

## Keep your account secure
Never share your password, verification code, recovery code or reset link. Support will not need those secrets. Keep quotations and communications in Messages and report suspicious requests with the product or conversation reference.

## If something goes wrong
Contact your payment provider promptly about a suspected unauthorised transfer and report the incident to contact@lekamart.com. Preserve payment receipts and conversation records. A report does not guarantee a refund; product remedies depend on the agreement and applicable rights.
