Report a Concern | LekaMart

Use your signed-in support workspace or email contact@lekamart.com. Include a clear subject such as “Unsafe product”, “Suspicious payment request”, “Account abuse” or “Listing complaint”.

## What to include
Provide the product URL, seller name, conversation or order-record reference, what happened and when, and relevant photographs or receipts. Explain the resolution you are seeking. Send only information needed for the review. Never share passwords, verification codes, reset links or full payment-card details.

## Product or trade complaints
First raise fulfilment, quality or return concerns in the supplier conversation where it is safe to do so. Preserve the quotation, agreed specifications and evidence. LekaMart can review platform conduct and listing policy issues but does not provide escrow, binding trade arbitration or a guaranteed refund. Your contractual and statutory remedies remain available.

## Safety and urgent risks
Stop using a product you believe is unsafe and follow manufacturer or competent-authority guidance. For immediate threats, contact the relevant emergency service or authority. Reporting here is not an emergency-response service.

## What happens next
Support may request further evidence, contact the relevant account or restrict content while investigating. We do not promise a fixed outcome or response time. Reports and supporting information are handled under the Privacy Policy. For brand or copyright issues, use the Intellectual Property Protection guidance.
