## Account & sign-in
Create a buyer account for sourcing or a seller account for your business. Sign in with email/password or the Google option. Use Forgot password to request a one-time reset link. Check spam if an email does not arrive; never share a reset link or verification code.

## Email verification & resend codes
Enter the latest six-digit code within 10 minutes. A new code replaces the previous code. Use Resend code after the displayed cooldown. Check the email spelling and spam folder. If a code expires, request a new code rather than reusing it. Contact support if repeated attempts fail.

## Find products & suppliers
Browse All categories and use age, price, brand and location filters. Supplier availability depends on published listings. Location and shipping reach are declared by sellers; confirm the details. If no products match, widen your location or create a sourcing request.

## Compare prices & MOQ
Compare the same product type, specification, unit and quantity. MOQ means minimum order quantity. Displayed price ranges and currency conversions are indicative; ask for a final quotation with goods, shipping, taxes and lead time stated separately.

## Enquiries & Messages
Sign in and verify your email, then choose Send enquiry or Chat on a product. Your message goes to the listed product owner. Open Messages from the header or dashboard to read replies. Keep your negotiations on the platform. An inactive seller membership can pause new messages without deleting existing history.

## Request for Quotation
Describe the product, quantity, purchasing unit, destination and timeframe. A product enquiry goes to that product’s seller. A general sourcing request is available to eligible approved suppliers. Review quotations carefully and confirm all terms before committing to an order.

## Seller registration & membership
Register your business, enter its city and delivery reach, prepare accurate product listings and request approval. Choose a membership duration on Seller memberships. Request manual payment instructions and wait for payment confirmation and activation. No per-listing fee applies. No automatic card renewal is currently enabled.

## Orders, payment & shipping
Purchase-order records do not process product payments. Agree payment, production, shipping, customs and delivery terms with the seller in writing. Confirm safety and conformity documents for your market. LekaMart does not provide escrow or guaranteed delivery.

## Returns & complaints
Agree return conditions and inspection deadlines with the supplier before paying. Keep photographs, quotations and messages if something goes wrong. Contact the seller through Messages and use a support ticket to report marketplace abuse. Membership-payment issues should be sent to contact@lekamart.com.

## Privacy & account closure
Use Cookie settings for optional analytics. For account deletion or a copy/correction of your information, email contact@lekamart.com from your registered address. We may need to verify ownership and retain legally necessary records.
